This subject will be our focus for all the editions of this magazine throughout 2024. We will delve into different, deeper parts of this equation as the world continues to evolve and adapt and will look at how we can create more adaptive and more regenerative models for both leadership and business ecosystem management.

As 2024 gets underway and I reflect on learnings from 2023, I can’t help but notice the trends that technological evolution and societal learning are making more apparent: for example, the need to work more closely together, and to create more regenerative models that allow people to flourish, both in society and at work.
