I’m Suzie Lewis. I help senior leaders, HR, OD and change teams redesign the human systems their organisations run on, so transformation sticks as AI reshapes how they work and grow.
My story
I spent 20 years at Airbus, leading transformation from the inside. Observing, understanding and driving global transformation taught me one thing: tech, tools, process and systems are essential, but it is always people that must come first.
Again and again I saw the same thing: new tools, new structures, new strategies, and the Real System left untouched. The human connection, inclusion and adaptive leadership that actually drive decisions and performance were rarely designed on purpose.
In 2018 I founded Transform for Value to work on exactly that: the human side of transformation. That means the invisible patterns, team dynamics, purpose and emotional infrastructure underneath sustainable change. My quest has always been to create more collaborative and inclusive environments where people can thrive.
