This online programme is built on our 6 different leadership distinctions. It aims to help you to go deeper into your personal narratives and really understand what makes you tick by understanding your internal patterns

This structure is a self-paced learning space with different types of exercises for application and assimilation, allowing you to take a step back and look at where you could do things differently and to try out these new techniques. 

The Purposeful Woman Leader playbook will accompany you throughout the programme allowing you to document your thoughts, learnings and commitments to change.

Your access to the PWL community platform will give you a space where you can continue to learn, experiment and share together.
